Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities on the workshop floor.
• Assign work to staff and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain work discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with job controllers for task updates.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and material use.
